摘要
目的探讨站立桌辅助作业训练对脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体运动功能及偏瘫侧肢体躯干肌肉表面肌电活动的影响.方法选取2019年10月—2020年10月该院收治的60例脑梗死偏瘫患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各30例.对照组接受常规康复训练,试验组在对照组基础上接受站立桌辅助作业训练.两组均持续干预4周.对比两组干预前后肢体运动功能、日常生活能力、患侧肢体躯干肌肉表面肌电信号(surface electromyography,sEMG)水平.结果干预前,两组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)评分、改良Barthel指数(modified Barthel index,MBI)评分、患侧肢体躯干肌肉sEMG水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组FMA评分、MBI评分、患侧肢体躯干肌肉sEMG水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论站立桌辅助作业训练能够改善脑梗死偏瘫患者患侧肢体躯干肌肉sEMG水平,促进肢体运动功能恢复,提高日常生活能力.
Objective To investigate the effect of standing table-assisted work training on limb function and surface electromyogenic activity of the muscles of the hemiplegic side of the limb and trunk of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods 60 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the experimental group received standing table-assisted work training on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued to intervene for 4 weeks.The limb motor function,daily life ability and the surface electromyography(sEMG)level of the muscles of the affected limb and trunk of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score,modified Barthel index(MBI)score,and sEMG level of the muscles of the affected limb and trunk(P>0.05);after the intervention,the FMA score,MBI score,and sEMG level of the muscle of the affected limb and trunk in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standing tableassisted work training can improve the sEMG level of the muscles of the affected limb and trunk of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia,promote the recovery of limb motor function,and improve the ability of daily living.
