摘要
目的探析在神经康复科实习带教中应用情景模拟教学的整体效果。方法随机抽取2018年5月—2020年5月该院神经康复科实习带教中的70名实习生为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为两组,每组35名。常规组实习生采用传统教学,实验组实习生采用情景模拟教学。对比两种教学方法在神经康复科实习带教中的应用效果。结果实验组实习生的自我评价优良率(97.14%)高于常规组(82.86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的理论知识成绩(84.15±3.42)分、技能考核成绩(88.33±4.79)分、综合测试成绩(86.11±3.98)分以及对教学满意度评分(22.36±1.66)分均高于常规组的(77.42±3.31)分、(77.22±4.88)分、(77.36±3.85)分、(18.52±2.33)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学法在神经康复科实习带教中的应用,能够提高实习生的自我评价、综合成绩及对教学的满意度,可进行推广。
Objective To explore the overall effect of the application of situational simulation teaching in the practice teaching of neurorehabilitation department.Methods 70 interns from May 2018 to May 2020 in the neurorehabilitation department of the hospital were randomly selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number method,with 35 students in each group.The regular group interns used traditional teaching,and the experimental group interns used situational simulation teaching.The effects of the two teaching methods in the neurorehabilitation internship teaching were compared.Results The self-evaluation rate of interns in the experimental group(97.14%)was higher than that of the conventional group(82.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group's theoretical knowledge score(84.15±3.42)points,skill assessment score(88.33±4.79)points,comprehensive test score(86.11±3.98)points,and teaching satisfaction score(22.36±1.66)points,all higher than the conventional group's(77.42±3.31)points,(77.22±4.88)points,(77.36±3.85)points and(18.52±2.33)points,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of situational simulation teaching method in the practice teaching of neuro-rehabilitation department can improve the interns'self-evaluation,comprehensive performance and satisfaction with teaching,which can be promoted.
