摘要
目的探讨盆底肌锻炼对产后尿潴留的康复护理效果。方法选取2018年12月—2019年12月于该院治疗的80例产后尿潴留患者为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组采取常规护理,研究组基于此采用盆底肌锻炼康复护理,观察两组患者护理效果。结果经过康复护理后,研究组护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护理有效率为75.00%,研究组为95.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对产后尿潴留患者采用盆底肌锻练康复护理的临床效果显著,可有效缓解患者疼痛,提高患者护理满意度,有助于促进患者康复,有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor muscle exercise on postpartum urinary retention.Methods 80 patients with postpartum urinary retention who were treated in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table,all patients were equally divided into the control group and the research group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,based on which the research group adopted pelvic floor muscle exercise and rehabilitation nursing,the nursing effect of the two groups were observed.Results After rehabilitation nursing,the nursing satisfaction in the research group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing efficiency of the control group was 75.00%,and that of the research group was 95.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of pelvic floor muscle exercise rehabilitation nursing for patients with postpartum urinary retention is significant,which can effectively alleviate patient's pain,improve patient care satisfaction,help to promote patient recovery,and have clinical application value.
