摘要
目的探究经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者应用运动康复干预的临床效果。方法选取2018年11月—2019年11月于该院接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的患者100例为研究对象,将其进行随机分组,采用阿司匹林治疗的为对照组,采用运动康复干预的为试验组,探究两组患者的临床干预效果。结果试验组患者干预后的6 min步行距离为(418.55±72.34)m,特定活动状态量表评分为(24.55±8.05)分,均显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的体重指数和社会功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患者的抑郁严重指数低于对照组,一般自我效能、运动自我效能、生理机能、生理职能、精神健康和情感职能等评分均显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者采用运动康复的效果显著,可促进患者恢复,提高患者生活质量,可在临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of exercise rehabilitation intervention in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods 100 patients who received percutaneous coronary intervention in this hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with aspirin and the experimental group was treated with exercise rehabilitation.The clinical intervention effects of the two groups of patients were explored.Results The 6-min walking distance of patients in the experimental group after intervention was(418.55±72.34)m,and the specific activity status scale score was(24.55±8.05)points,which were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences between the body mass index and social function scores of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);the depression severity index of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of general self-efficacy,exercise self-efficacy,physiological function,physiological function,mental health and emotional function of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of exercise rehabilitation in patients with percutaneous coronary intervention therapy is significant,which can promote the recovery of patients and improve the quality of life of patients,and can be used in clinical applications.
