摘要
目的分析康复护理在高血压脑出血后吞咽功能障碍患者中的应用效果.方法选择2018年3月—2019年3月该院收治的高血压脑出血后吞咽功能障碍患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组30例给予常规护理,研究组30例采用康复护理.对两组护理前后的吞咽功能、心理状态及不良反应发生情况进行比较.结果护理后,研究组吞咽功能评分为(18.57±1.22)分,比对照组的(13.51±1.32)分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组SDS评分(33.12±6.82)分、SAS评分(32.65±7.12)分比对照组的(40.63±5.63)分、(39.65±6.38)分低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组吸入性肺炎、喉部发炎、呕吐等不良反应发生率比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论将康复护理应用于高血压脑出血后吞咽功能障碍患者,能改善其吞咽功能及心理状态,降低其不良反应发生率.
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of rehabilitation care in patients with swallowing dysfunction after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,60 patients with swallowing dysfunction after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.30 patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and 30 patients in the study group were given rehabilitation nursing The swallowing function,mental state and incidence of adverse reactions before and after nursing between the groups were compared.Results After care,the swallowing function score of the study group was(18.57±1.22)points,which was better than(13.51±1.32)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);SDS score(33.12±6.82)points and SAS score(32.65±7.12)points in the study group were lower than(40.63±5.63)points and(39.65±6.38)points in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as aspiration pneumonia,laryngeal inflammation and vomiting in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying rehabilitation case to patients with swallowing dysfunction after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can improve swallowing function and mental state,and reduce its incidence of adverse reactions.
