摘要
目的研究综合康复护理在改善高龄肺源性心脏病(肺心病)患者肺功能中的应用效果及价值.方法选取2018年7月—2019年12月于该院接受治疗的高龄肺心病患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和研究组(n=50).对照组采用常规护理方法,研究组在对照组基础上行综合康复护理.观察比较两组患者护理前后肺功能改善情况.结果两组患者护理后潮气量(VT)、肺活量(VC)及第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)水平均较护理前得到了明显的改善,且研究组患者VT、VC及FEV1水平改善情况较对照组更为显著,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合康复护理在改善高龄肺心病患者肺功能方面取得了良好的效果,其能有效改善患者的肺功能指标,为高龄肺心病患者的临床治疗工作提供了保障,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To study the application effect and value of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in improving pulmonary function of elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease(cor pulmonale).Methods 100 cases of the elderly patients with cor palmonale treated in the hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected as research targets,and were divided into the control group(n=50)and the research group(n=50)through random numerical table method.The control group received conventional nursing,while the research group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.Observe and compare the improvement of pulmonary function between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The levels of tidal volume(VT),vital capacity(VC)and forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)of the two groups of patients after nursing were significantly improved compared with those before the nursing,and the level of VT,VC,and FEV1 of the research group was improved more significantly than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing has achieved good effects in improving the pulmonary function of elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease.It can effectively improve the pulmonary function indexes of patients,provides a guarantee for the clinical treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease,and is worthy of clinical application.
