摘要
目的探究认知行为疗法联合家庭康复对抑郁症患者的效果.方法选择2017年3月—2019年3月哈尔滨市第一专科医院收治的124例抑郁症患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照、观察两组,每组62例.患者入院后,为其开展针对性治疗以及护理.对照组患者联合家庭康复干预,在此基础上,观察组联合认知行为疗法干预,分析结果.结果干预前,两组患者HAMD量表以及SCL-90比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,相较于对照组,观察组患者上述两类量表评分改善情况更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).对照组患者治疗总有效率为74.2%,低于观察组的93.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论为抑郁症患者开展认知行为疗法联合家庭康复干预,有助于改善患者临床症状,积极消除其不良心理,可促进疾病转归,因此值得推广.
Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with family rehabilitation on patients with depression.Methods 124 patients with depression admitted to Harbin First Specialty Hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control and an observation group,with 62 cases in each group.After admission,targeted treatment and nursing were provided.At the same time,patients in the control group were combined with family rehabilitation intervention,and on this basis,the observation group combined with cognitive behavioral therapy intervention.The results were analyzed.Results Before intervention,the differences in HAMD scale and SCL-90 between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group had a more significant improvement in the scores of the above two types of scales,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 74.2%,which was lower than the observation group's 93.6%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out cognitive behavioral therapy combined with family rehabilitation intervention for patients with depression can help improve patients'clinical symptoms,actively eliminate their unhealthy psychology,and promote disease outcome,so it is worthy of promotion.
