摘要
目的研究中医康复训练与常规疗法治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果.方法随机抽取淄博世博高新医院2017年7月—2018年7月收治的50例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,分为对照组与观察组,每组25例,对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在此基础上进行中医康复训练,比较两组患者1个月后的治疗效果.结果经过1个月的治疗后,观察组患者的Cobb角平均值为(14.4±2.8)°、疼痛状态平均得分(1.66±0.12)分、生活功能平均得分(1.37±0.22)分,均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组总体疗效为92.0%,高于对照组的68.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医康复训练联合常规疗法用于老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的治疗效果显著,具有推广价值.
Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation training combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures.Methods 50 elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures admitted to Zibo Expo High-tech Hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were randomly selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 25 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and on this basis,the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation training.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients after 1 month were compared.Results After 1 month of treatment,the average Cobb angle of the observation group was(14.4±2.8)°,the average score of pain state was(1.66±0.12)points,and the average score of life function was(1.37±0.22)points,all of which were significant better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall therapeutic effect of the observation group was 92.0%,which was higher than 68.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation training combined with conventional therapy for the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures has significant clinical effect and is of value for promotion.
