摘要
目的探讨推拿手法配合针灸治疗老年肩周炎的临床疗效.方法选定该院2017年11月—2020年1月收治的114例老年肩周炎患者,便利取样法分为研究组(57例,针灸联合推拿手法)与对照组(57例,针灸)两组,比较组间老年肩周炎患者的McGill评分、肩关节功能评分、TNF-α水平、PGE2水平、IL-10水平、有效率与疗效满意度.结果研究组老年肩周炎患者诊疗后的McGill评分、TNF-α、PGE2、IL-10均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);诊疗后研究组有效率、肩关节功能评分、疗效满意率均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针灸联合推拿手法有助于降低老年肩周炎患者的疼痛程度,促进肩关节功能改善,稳定提高整体疗效与满意度.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of massage manipulation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of senile frozen shoulder.Methods A total of 114 elderly patients with periarthritis of shoulder were admitted from November 2017 to January 2020 in our hospital.They were divided into a research group(57 cases,acupuncture combined with massage manipulation)and a control group(57 cases,acupuncture)by convenient sampling method.The McGill score,shoulder joint function score,TNF-αlevel,PGE2 level,IL-10 level,effectiveness and efficacy satisfaction between elderly patients with frozen shoulder in the two groups were compared.Results The McGill score,TNF-α,PGE2,IL-10 of the research group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After diagnosis and treatment,the effective rate,shoulder joint function score,and the satisfaction rate of therapeutic effect of the research group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage manipulation can help reduce the pain of elderly patients with frozen shoulder,promote the improvement of shoulder joint function,and steadily improve the overall efficacy and satisfaction.
