中医温针灸联合甲钴胺治疗对腰椎间盘突出患者疼痛和腰椎功能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究中医温针灸联合甲钴胺治疗对腰椎间盘突出患者疼痛和腰椎功能的影响.方法选取临洮县中医院2017年1月—2019年1月收治的68例腰椎间盘突出患者开展研究,随机分为参照组和观察组,各34例.分别实行甲钴胺治疗和甲钴胺联合中医温针灸治疗,对比治疗效果.结果观察组的疼痛评分低于参照组,且和参照组相比,观察组腰椎活动度评分相对较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在对腰椎间盘突出患者进行的治疗中,甲钴胺和中医温针灸联合治疗能够缓解患者的疼痛,强化其腰椎功能,有利于促进患者的尽快恢复. Objective To study the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with mecobalamin therapy on the pain and lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 68 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to TCM Hospital of Lintao County from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into a reference group and an observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The reference group used mecobalamin treatment,and the observation group used mecobalamin combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion.The treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group.Compared with the reference group,the lumbar mobility scores of the observation group were relatively higher than those of the reference group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation,mecobalamin combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate the pain of patients,strengthen the lumbar function of patients,and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible.
