摘要
目的分析在肾内科康复医学教学中实施双导师三明治教学的效果.方法选取2018年8月—2019年8月在该院肾内科实习的医生共60名,按照奇偶法将样本均分为两组,探究组和传统组,传统组实施传统教学法,探究组实施双导师三明治教学,比较两组实习医生的考试成绩和对教学方法的满意度.结果探究组实习医生的理论知识成绩(62.24±3.44)分、临床实践成绩(29.21±4.76)分以及总成绩(91.45±4.11)分均明显高于传统组(P<0.05);探究组实习医生对教学模式的总满意度(100.00%)明显高于传统组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.6364,P=0.0002).结论将双导师三明治教学法应用于肾内科康复医学临床教学中的效果比传统教学法的效果更好,不仅可以提升实习医生的考试成绩,还能提升其学习的积极性,在提高教学满意度方面也有一定的帮助,值得进一步推广应用.
Objective To analyze the effect of double tutor sandwich teaching in the rehabilitation medicine teaching of nephrology.Methods From August 2018 to August 2019,60 interns in nephrology department of our hospital were divided into an exploration group and a traditional group according to the parity method.The traditional group implemented the traditional teaching method,and the exploration group implemented the sandwich teaching with two tutors.The examination results and the satisfaction of the two groups of interns with the teaching method were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge score(62.24±3.44)points,clinical practice score(29.21±4.76)points and total score(91.45±4.11)points of the interns in the exploration group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the interns in the research group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that in the traditional group(76.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=13.6364,P=0.0002).Conclusion The double tutor sandwich teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method in the clinical teaching of rehabilitation medicine of nephrology.It can not only improve the examination results of interns,but also promote their enthusiasm for learning.It also has a certain help in improving the teaching satisfaction,which is worth further promotion and application.
