摘要
目的观察针刀镜联合中医康复疗法治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效.方法选取2017年5月—2019年7月该院收治的40例类风湿关节炎患者,均予针刀镜及中医康复疗法,观察患者手术前后DAS28评分、疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、改良的CDAI评分、消炎镇痛药物(扶他林)使用总量、血沉、CRP等变化情况.结果与治疗前比较,患者治疗后DAS28评分、VAS评分、改良的CDAI评分及血沉、CRP水平明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针刀镜联合中医康复疗法治疗类风湿关节炎疗效确切.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of needle-knife mirror combined with Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy for rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 40 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were all given needle-knife mirror and Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy.The DAS28 score,visual analogue pain(VAS)score,modified CDAI score,total amount of antiinflammatory and analgesic drug(Voltarin)used,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,CRP and other changes were observed before and after surgery.Results Compared with before treatment,the patient's DAS28 score,VAS score,modified CDAI score,erythrocyte sedimentation rateand CRP level decreased significantly after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of needle-knife mirror combined with Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy for rheumatoid arthritis is accurate.
