摘要
目的 分析针灸理疗对类风湿性关节炎患者的临床应用价值.方法 随机选取2018年12月—2019年12月间于潍坊市人民医院诊疗的106例类风湿性关节炎患者,将其分为研究组及对照组各53例,对照组单用常规药物治疗,研究组联用针灸理疗处理,观察治疗后两组患者在临床疗效、症状及血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)等指标上有无区别.结果 治疗前两组患者的临床症状及ESR等指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组的临床疗效、症状及ESR等指标的恢复程度均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 类风湿性关节炎患者针灸理疗联用药物较单用传统药物治疗效果更好,更利于患者康复,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To analyze the clinical value of acupuncture-therapy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 106 patients with rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed and treated in Weifang people's Hospital from December were randomly divided into a study group(n=53)and a control group(n=53).The control group was treated with conventional drugs alone,and the study group was treated with acupuncture-therapy and conventional drugs.The clinical efficacy,symptoms,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),rheumatoid factor(RF)and other indicators were observed between the two groups after treatment.Results There were no significant difference in clinical symptoms,ESR and other indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the recovery degree of the clinical efficacy,symptoms,ESR other indicators in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture-therapy combined with conventional drugs in patients with rheumatoid arthritis is better than that of conventional drugs alone,and it is more conducive to the rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
