摘要
肌内效贴在我国最早应用于运动领域,主要是以预防运动过程中不可避免的损伤,增强肌肉的力量,提高运动能力为目的.因其使用方便,效果显著,开始逐渐应用于康复治疗领域.通过阅读近几年来我国关于肌内效贴应用的相关文献,可以发现肌内效贴在神经康复、肌肉康复、小儿脑瘫康复、运动功能恢复等方面有较好的研究与发展.该文在现有的研究基础上,就肌内效贴在踝关节扭伤防治中的应用进行相关探讨.
The intramuscular effect patch was first applied in the field of sports in my country,mainly for the purpose of preventing unavoidable injuries during exercise,strengthening muscle strength,and improving exercise capacity.Because of its convenient use and remarkable effect,it is gradually used in the field of rehabilitation therapy.By reading the relevant literature on the application of intramuscular patch in my country in recent years,it can be found that the intramuscular patch has good research and development in areas such as neurological rehabilitation,muscle rehabilitation,cerebral palsy rehabilitation and motor function recovery.The article on the basis of existing research,the application of intramuscular effects in the prevention and treatment of ankle sprains is discussed.
