摘要
目的探究分析林氏正骨推拿手法康复治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能的疗效及影响.方法对诊疗时间为2019年1月—2020年1月期间的腰椎间盘突出症患者予以抽取210例,随机均分为对照组105例、观察组105例,对照组采用针灸+牵引方案治疗,观察组在此基础上加用林氏正骨推拿手法康复方案治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、疼痛评分(VAS)及腰椎功能障碍指数评分(ODI).结果观察组所收治病例治疗总有效率经评定为93.33%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的VAS评分及ODI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过临床治疗,两组患者的VAS评分及ODI评分均有明显下降,与对照组比较,观察组患者下降幅度更大,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论林氏正骨推拿手法康复治疗在对腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗上,有助于提高患者的腰椎功能,改善疼痛症状,具有显著的临床效果,具有十分重要的临床开展价值.
Objective To explore and analyze the effect and influence of Lin's bone setting massage manipulation rehabilitation treatment on lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 210 patients with lumbar disc herniation from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into a control group of 105 cases and an observation group of 105 cases.The control group was treated with acupuncture plus traction scheme,and on this basis,the observation group was treated with Lin's bone setting massage manipulation rehabilitation treatment.Compared two groups of patients with the clinical therapeutic effect,pain score(VAS)and lumbar dysfunction index score(ODI).Results The total effective rate was 93.33%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the VAS score and ODI score of patients in the two groups showed no statistically significantdifference(P>0.05).After clinical treatment,the VAS score and ODI score of patients in the two groups decreased significantly,and compared with that of the control group,the decrease was greater in the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation,Lin's bone setting massage therapy is helpful to improve the function of the lumbar spine and improve the pain symptoms.It has significant clinical effect and is of great clinical value.
