摘要
目的探究骨科-康复单元模式一体化康复模式的实施对单髁置换术后膝关节功能的康复作用.方法抽选42例2016年5月—2019年5月期间在该院进行单髁置换术治疗的患者为研究对象,通过1:1的方式分为对照组和研究组,分别实施常规治疗模式以及骨科-康复单元模式一体化康复模式,分组对比患者手术前后膝关节功能、疼痛情况以及手术后并发症发生情况.结果研究组患者手术后1、3、6个月HSS评分与对照组相比均较高,研究组患者手术后1、3、6个月VAS评分与对照组相比均较低,就手术后并发症发生率对比来看,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论骨科-康复单元模式一体化康复模式在单髁置换术患者治疗中的应用能够有效提升患者膝关节功能,缓解患者痛苦,降低手术后并发症的发生率,值得全方位推广应用.
Objective To investigate the rehabilitation effect of the integrated rehabilitation model of orthopedics-rehabilitation unit mode on knee joint function after monocondylar replacement.Methods A total of 42 patients who underwent single-sacral replacement surgery in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group in a 1:1 manner,and the conventional treatment model and The orthopaedics-rehabilitation unit model is an integrated rehabilitation model.The knee function,pain,and postoperative complications were compared in groups.Results The HSS scores of patients in the study group at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after surgery were higher than those in the control group.The VAS scores of patients in the study group at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after surgery were similar to those in the control group.The ratios were all lower.In terms of the postoperative complications,the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the integrated rehabilitation model of orthopedics-rehabilitation unit model in the treatment of patients with single-sacral replacement can effectively improve the knee joint function,alleviate the patient's pain,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
