摘要
目的探讨积极心理干预对康复期精神分裂症患者职业康复训练依从性及社会功能的影响.方法选择2017年7月—2019年6月该院收治的康复期精神分裂症患者92例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组46例.两组患者均给予职业康复训练,观察组联合积极心理干预.干预4周后,比较两组患者职业康复训练依从性,采用精神病患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)评价两组患者社会功能.结果观察组职业康复训练依从率93.48%,明显优于对照组78.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工疗情况、生活能力、社交能力、关心和兴趣评分分别为(12.47±1.66)分、(10.67±1.36)分、(8.35±1.12)分、(9.96±1.14)分,均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工具性生理自理能力评分(23.02±3.57)分,躯体生活自理能力评分(8.78±1.54)分,均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论积极心理干预有助于提高康复期精神分裂症患者职业康复训练依从性,改善社会功能,提高生活自理能力.
Objective To investigate the effect of positive psychological intervention on the compliance of vocational rehabilitation training and social functions of schizophrenics in convalescence.Methods 92 schizophrenics in convalescence admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to June 2019 were included in this research and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 46 patients in each group.Both groups were given vocational rehabilitation training,and based on this,those in observation group were also performed positive psychological intervention.After 4 weeks of intervention,the compliance of vocational rehabilitation training was compared between the two groups,and the social functions of the two groups were evaluated by inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation observing scale(IPROS).Results The compliance rate of vocational rehabilitation training in observation group was 93.48%and significantly higher than 78.26%in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of occupational therapy,living ability,social acceptability,care and interest in observation group were(12.47±1.66)points,(10.67±1.36)points,(8.35±1.12)points and(9.96±1.14)points,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of instrumental physiological self-maintenance ability and physical selfmaintenance ability in observation group were respectively(23.02±3.57)points and(8.78±1.54)points,which were significantly lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive psychological intervention contributes to improving the compliance of vocational rehabilitation training,social functions and self-maintenance ability of daily living of schizophrenics in convalescence.
