摘要
目的探讨大面积双下肢擦挫伤伴感染的换药护理方式及护理效果.方法收集2017年1月—2018年12月在该院治疗的大面积双下肢擦挫伤伴感染患者36例,按照数字法随机分成实验组和参照组.参照组采取常规换药护理,实验组采取优质换药护理,对比两组的护理效果、疼痛程度、不良事件发生率以及创面愈合时间.结果实验组的总有效率为94.44%,参照组的总有效率为66.67%,实验组的护理效果优于参照组;实验组的疼痛程度和不良事件发生率低于参照组;实验组创面愈合时间短于参照组.两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针对大面积双下肢擦挫伤伴感染患者采取优质换药护理,减少了痛苦,降低了不良事件发生的概率,促进了创面的愈合,效果显著.
Objective To explore the nursing method and effect of dressing change for large-area contusion with infection of lower limbs.Methods A total of 36 cases of large area contusion with infection of lower limbs treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were collected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the reference group according to the numerical method.Routine dressing change nursing was adopted in the reference group,and highquality dressing change nursing was adopted in the experimental group.The nursing effect,pain degree,incidence of adverse events and wound healing time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.44%,the total effective rate of the reference group was 66.67%,the experimental group nursing effect was better than the reference group;The pain degree and incidence of adverse events in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.The wound healing time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with large area of contusion and infection of both lower limbs,high-quality dressing change nursing was adopted to reduce pain,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and promote the healing of wounds,with remarkable effects.
