摘要
目的研究中药熏洗对儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后康复的临床效果.方法在2018年2月—2019年5月期间收治的肱骨髁上骨折患儿中选取100例进行这次实验,行手术治疗,随机将100例患儿平均分为观察组和对照组,观察组患儿在术后给予中药熏洗治疗;对照组患儿在术后给予温水熏洗治疗,观察患儿的肘关节活动度以及日常生活能力.结果结果可知,治疗后,观察组患儿的肘关节活动度和日常生活能力都要显著优于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论由此我们可知,对肱骨髁上骨折患儿术后采用中药熏洗可以明显改善患儿的肘关节活动度,明显提高患儿的日常生活能力,因此,可在临床上大力推广.
Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on postoperative rehabilitation of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children.Methods 100 children from the supracondylar fracture of the humerus who underwent surgery from February 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled in this study.The 100 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group The children were given traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing after operation;the control group received warm water fumigation treatment after operation to observe the elbow joint activity and daily living ability of the children.Results The results showed that after treatment,the elbow joint activity and daily living ability of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion We can see that the use of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in patients with supracondylar fractures of the humerus can significantly improve the elbow joint activity of children and significantly improve the daily living ability of children.Therefore,it can be promoted clinically.
