摘要
目的脑损伤综合征患儿应用早期Vojta疗法与综合康复训练联合治疗效果情况分析。方法选取该院2017年7月—2019年7月诊治80例脑损伤综合征患儿临床资料,随机分为两组,对照组予以早期Vojta疗法,研究组予以早期Vojta疗法与综合康复训练联合方案,分析两组患儿疗效、发育商与运功功能指标情况。结果治疗后,研究组临床总有效95.00%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组发育商(105.13±5.36)分比对照组(86.36±5.83)分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组翻身及卧位(93.52±3.21)、坐位(51.52±6.58)分及跪爬(32.13±5.36)分等运动功能指标均高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑损伤综合征患儿应用早期Vojta疗法与综合康复训练联合治疗,能有效提高患儿发育商与运动功能指标,临床应用效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of early Vojta therapy combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in children with brain injury syndrome.Methods The clinical data of 80 children with brain injury syndrome diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given early Vojta therapy and the research group was given early Vojta therapy combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training.Protocol,analysis of efficacy,developmental quotient,and exercise function indicators of the two groups of children.Results After treatment,the total clinical effectiveness of the study group was 95.00%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the developmental quotient(105.13±5.36)points of the study group was higher than that of the control group(86.36±5.83)points,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the study The motor function indexes of turning and lying position(93.52±3.21)points,sitting position(51.52±6.58)points,and knee climbing(32.13±5.36)points were higher in the group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of early Vojta therapy and comprehensive rehabilitation training in children with brain injury syndrome can effectively improve the developmental quotient and motor function indicators of children,and the clinical application effect is significant.
