摘要
目的观察、分析磺胺嘧啶银乳膏联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗糖尿病足溃疡的效果.方法选取2017年8月—2018年1月来该院就诊糖尿病足溃疡患者120例作为研究对象;随机进行分组,分为对照组和实验组.每组60例,对照组应用碘伏换药治疗模式,实验组应用磺胺嘧啶银乳膏联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗路径,从应用效果等进行对比分析.结果实验组的治疗有效率为98.3%,对照组为85.0%,实验组的治疗有效率明显优于对照组,比较差异有计学意义(P<0.05);在愈合时间、局部感染等环节的比较上,实验组明显优于对照组,比较差异有计学意义(P<0.05).结论在糖尿病足溃疡患者的治疗过程中,相比于应用碘伏换药治疗模式来说,应用磺胺嘧啶银乳膏联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗路的治疗效果更为显著,缩短愈合时间,降低不良反应的出现,值得应用.
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of silver sulfadiazine cream combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor on diabetic foot ulcer.Methods From August 2017 to Janaury 2018,120 patients with diabetic foot ulcers were enrolled in our hospital as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.In each group of 60 cases,the control group was treated with iodophor dressing.The experimental group was treated with silver sulfadiazine cream combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor(VEGF),and the results were compared.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 98.3%,and the control group was 85.0%.The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the healing time,local infection and other aspects.In comparison,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer patients,the application of sulfadiazine silver cream combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor treatment is more effective than the application of iodophor dressing treatment mode,shortening the healing time.It is worthwhile to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
