摘要
目的针对接受胃肠手术的患者实施快速康复外科护理理念的临床效果进行分析与研究。方法将该院即将接受胃肠手术的患者进行选取,选出其中72例作为该次研究的对象,研究的时间区间为2016年10月—2019年2月,将72例患者按照入院时间的先后顺序分为研究组和比对组。其中比对组患者为36例,接受常规的康复护理;研究组患者为36例,接受快速康复外科护理干预,分析和比对两组接受胃肠手术患者在护理干预后的临床效果。结果研究组患者在护理干预后的并发症共3例,比对组共10例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者对护理工作的满意度与比对组相比(97.22%vs 80.56%),明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于术后的排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间、住院时间,研究组显著低于比对组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于即将接受胃肠手术治疗的患者,可以根据快速康复外科理念的指导进行相应的护理,能够在一定程度上促进临床护理效果的进一步提升,值得推广。
Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing concept for patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.Methods 72 patients who will receive gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The study period was from October 2016 to February 2019.72 patients were divided into study group and comparison group according to the order of admission time.Among them,36 patients in the comparison group received conventional rehabilitation nursing.In the study group,36 patients received rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing intervention,and the clinical effects of the two groups of patients receiving gastrointestinal surgery after nursing intervention were analyzed and compared.Results There were 3 cases of complications after nursing intervention in the study group and 10 cases in the comparison group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The patients'satisfaction with nursing work in the study group was significantly higher than that in the comparison group[97.22%vs 80.56%],P<0.05.For postoperative exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,defecation time,and hospital stay,the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients who will receive gastrointestinal surgery,corresponding nursing can be carried out according to the guidance of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery,which can promote the further improvement of clinical nursing effect to a certain extent,and it is worth promoting.
