摘要
培养会计学专业本科学生良好的职业判断能力,是增强学生就业技能储备、提高职业素养的重要基础.当前,多数会计学专业学生职业判断能力不强,影响了他们职业的可持续发展.阐述了会计职业判断能力的内涵及重要性,分析了本科学生在职业判断能力发展方面存在的不足,并提出相应改进策略,为改善高校会计学专业教学、提高学生职业判断能力提供参考.
Cultivating accounting undergraduates'good professional judgment ability is an important basis for enhancing their employment skills reserve and improving their professional quality.At present,the professional judgment ability of most accounting major students is primary,which affects the sustainable development of their career.This paper analyzes the connotation and importance of accounting professional judgment ability,analyzes the problems existing in the development of undergraduate students'professional judgment ability,and puts forward the ways to improve it,in order to provide reference for improving the teaching of accounting specialty in colleges and universities and improving students'professional judgment ability.
