Diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease in adolescents and children

摘要 儿童时期发病的炎症性肠病(PIBD)的发病率和患病率,近年来急剧上升,与成人相比,PIBD临床表现不典型、疾病部位和疾病行为随病程产生变化、常伴生长障碍.本文围绕PIBD的分类、分型、诊断、治疗等进行阐述,旨在给同行提供参考.
