超声用于甲状腺乳头状癌发生颈部淋巴结转移的诊断价值

摘要 目的:探究术前超声检查对甲状腺乳头状癌发生颈部淋巴结转移的临床诊断价值.方法:选取92例2016年6月~2017年6月间来我院接受治疗的甲状腺乳头癌患者未主要研究对象,按照入院顺序随机均分为观察组和对照组,每组46例,对照组患者给予常规诊断,观察组患者给予超声检查,对比两组患者发生颈部淋巴结转移的诊断准确率.结果:观察组中35例发生淋巴结转移,11例未转移;对照组中40例发生淋巴结转移,6例未转移;观察组总诊断准确率为93.48%高于对照组的73.91%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:术前超声检查应用于甲状腺乳头状癌中颈部淋巴结转移的诊断价值较高,且其高准确度、经济、安全,值得临床运用.
