摘要
目的: 观察解毒生肌汤加减联合肛泰软膏对低位单纯性肛瘘 (湿热下注型) 患者术后创面愈合情况的影响.方法: 将60例单纯性肛瘘 (湿热下注型) 患者随机分为对照组和治疗组, 每组各30例, 对照组给予肛泰软膏治疗,治疗组给予解毒生肌汤加减联合肛泰软膏治疗, 对患者术后创面分泌物、疼痛等方面情况进行统计学分析.结果: 在分泌物及疼痛评分方面, 术后第3天, 两组差异无统计学意义 (P>0. 05);术后第7、 14天, 观察组改善情况优于对照组 ( P<0. 05);在等级疗效方面和总有效率方面, (P<0. 05).结论: 解毒生肌汤加减联合肛泰软膏治疗单纯性肛瘘 (湿热下注型) 可以更有效的减轻术后疼痛, 减少创面分泌物, 综合疗效优于对照组, 具有临床推广价值.
Objective To observe the effect of Jiedu Shengji Decoction plus Antai ointment on wound healing of patients with low simple anal fistula(damp-heat injection type).Methods 60 patients with simple anal fistula(damp-heat injection type)were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method.Each group had 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with Jiedu Shengji Decoction plus Antai ointment.The control group was treated with Antai ointment.The wound secretion and pain of patients after operation were analyzed statistically.Results Compared with the control group,the score of secretion and pain was P>0.05 on the 3rd day after operation,P<0.05 on the 7th and 14th day after operation,and P<0.05 on the grade effect and total effective rate.Conclusion Jiedu Shengji Decoction combined with Antai Ointment can relieve pain and reduce wound secretion in the treatment of simple anal fistula(damp-heat injection type).The comprehensive effect is superior to that of the control group and has clinical popularization value.
