摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎是一种常见的消化系统疾病, 其病程迁延漫长, 好发于中老年患者, 现代医学主要以对症治疗为主.中医学认为脾胃虚弱、肝气郁结、横逆犯胃所致肝胃不和为该病基本病机之一, 且多从胃痞论治.笔者自拟疏肝和胃汤具有疏肝和胃、降逆止痛之功, 方简效佳, 值得临床借鉴.
Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a common digestive system disease,which has a long course and is prone to occur in middle-aged and elderly patients.Modern medicine mainly focuses on symptomatic treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the liver and stomach disharmony caused by the weakness of spleen-stomach,stagnation of liver-qi and cross-invasion of the stomach is one of the basic pathogenesis of the CAG,which is mostly treated from stuffiness of stomach in most cases.Shugan Hewei decoction self-made by the authorhas the functions of soothing the liver and regulating the stomach,calming the adverse-rising energy and relieving pain.The prescription is simple and effective,and is worthy of clinical reference.
