摘要
目的 了解目前广东省中医药行业的服务能力,提出发展中医药相应的政策建议.方法 研究将中医药服务能力分解为中医药服务质量和中医药服务效率两个方面,分别用秩和比法和DEA效率评价法构建模型,代入八个地区最有代表性的8家医疗机构进行实证分析.结论 八地市的大型中医院的中医药服务能力排名依次是:深圳市中医院、中山市中医院、广东省中医院、阳江市中医院、茂名市中医院、江门市五邑中医院、佛山市中医院、东莞市中医院.
Objective To understand the service capability of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hospitals in Guangdong province,put forward the corresponding policy recommendations of Chinese medicine,and investigate how to evaluate service capability of TCM in large TCM hospitals in eight regions of Guangdong Province.Methods This study decomposed the service capability of TCM into two aspects:TCM service quality and TCM service efficiency.The model was constructed by rank and ratio method and DEA efficiency evaluation method.We then used these models to evaluate eight representative medical institutions from eight regions.Conclusion The rankings of service capacity in large TCM hospitals from eight regions are:Shenzhen TCM Hospital,Zhongshan TCM Hospital,Guangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM,Yangjiang TCM Hospital,Maoming TCM Hospital,Jiangmen Wuyi TCM Hospital,Foshan TCM Hospital,Dongguan TCM Hospital.
