医护一体化对老年前列腺增生患者焦虑抑郁负面情绪的影响

摘要 目的 探讨医护一体化护理对老年前列腺增生患者焦虑抑郁负面情绪的影响.方法 选取2017年1月-12月入院手术治疗的83例老年前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,随机分为一体化研究组和常规对照组.利用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价两组患者手术前后的焦虑抑郁情况.结果 手术前两组患者SAS、SDS评分相似(P>0.05);与对照组对比,观察组术后SAS、SDS评分更低(P<0.05).结论 医护一体化护理可以改善老年前列腺增生患者的焦虑抑郁情绪.
