摘要
目的 探讨MRI在女性盆腔囊性病变诊断中的应用价值.方法 自2016年1月~2017年5月收集了我院经手术病理证实的34例女性盆腔囊性病变,对其MRI图像特点进行综合分析.结果 卵巢巧克力囊肿10例,输卵管积液7例,卵巢囊性畸胎瘤6例,卵巢单纯性囊肿5例,卵巢囊腺瘤4例,输卵管系膜囊肿2例.MRI诊断结果与手术后病理相符的有29例,正确率为85.30%.结论 MRI对女性盆腔囊性病变的诊断与鉴别诊断有较高的实用价值.
Objective To explore the application value of MRI in the diagnosis of female pelvic cystic lesions.Methods From January 2016~2017 year in May were collected in our hospital confirmed by surgery and pathology in 34 cases of female pelvic cystic lesions,to analyze the MRI image characteristics.Results There were 10 cases of ovarian chocolate cyst,7 cases of tubal effusion,6 cases of ovarian cystic teratoma,5 cases of simple ovarian cyst,4 cases of ovarian cystadenoma,and 2 cases of tubal cyst.There were 29 cases of MRI diagnostic results consistent with postoperative pathology,the correct rate was 85.30%.Conclusion MRI has higher practical value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of female pelvic cystic lesions.
