经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗良性前列腺增生疗效观察

摘要 目的:探究尿道前列腺等离子剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效和安全性。方法选择2011年1月~2013年6月来我院就诊的78例患者,随机分为观察组(n=38)与对照组(n=40),观察组患者行尿道前列腺等离子电切剜除术(TUPKEP)治疗,对照组行尿道前列腺等离子电切术(TURP)治疗。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量和并发症发生率均少于或者低于对照组,切除的前列腺重量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后3个月的IPSS评分显著低于对照组,Q max显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论TUPKEP的疗效明显优于TURP,操作简单、创伤小、疗效明显、并发症发生率低。
