摘要
152例子宫肌瘤患者在我们医院从2010年5月~2014年5月在我院妇产科。根据治疗方法分为常规组和手术组,每组76例,对照组的治疗效果和不良反应。两组的结果全部成功切除肿瘤,但电气操作时间,减少组出血,排气时间,睡觉的时间,术后住院时间均明显低于正常组(P<0.001)。宫腔镜黏膜下肌瘤治疗子宫肌瘤的子宫切除术具有创伤小、恢复快、操作简单、安全性高的优点,可在临床实践中的推广。
152 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital from 2010 May to 2014 May in Department of gynecology and obstetrics hospital.According to the methods of treatment were divided into routine group and resection group 76,comparison group and adverse reactions with the treatment ef ect.The two groups were al successful resection with tumor,but electrical operation time,cut set of bleeding,exhaust time,bed time,postoperative hospital stay were significantly lower than normal group(<0.001).Hysteroscopic submucous myoma of uterus resection in treatment of uterine fibroids have the advantages of smal trauma,quick recovery,simple operation,high safety,can be promoted in clinical practice.
