检测血浆同型半胱氨酸在糖尿病肾损伤鉴定中的价值被引量：1

摘要目的通过检测2型糖尿病患者血同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平,探讨血清同型半胱氨酸水平与2型糖尿病肾损伤的关系及其临床意义。方法2型糖尿病患者53例,根据尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)和血肌酐(SCr)水平分为糖尿病肾病组和糖尿病肾功能正常组,同时30例健康体检者为对照组,分别检测其尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)和空腹血糖(GLU)等,并进行统计分析。结果糖尿病肾病组与正常对照组尿素、血肌酐、尿酸和空腹血糖比较,有显著性差异(<0.05)。糖尿病肾病组同型半胱氨酸水平比正常对照组明显升高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。糖尿病肾功能正常组与正常对照组尿酸和空腹血糖比较,有显著性差异(<0.05)。而同型半胱氨酸比较无显著性差别(P>0.05)。糖尿病肾病组和糖尿病肾功能正常组尿酸、肌酐以及血清同型半胱氨酸比较有显著性差异(<0.05)。结论检测血清同型半胱氨酸水平可作为糖尿病肾损伤患者早期诊疗的检测指标。
