摘要
目的探讨妊娠合并阑尾炎患者围手术期需要采取的护理措施,以及对这些措施的护理效果进行观察分析。方法选取2012年4月~2013年9月来我院治疗的146例妊娠合并阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,随机分成两组。对照组(73例):给予常规护理;治疗组(73例):在常规护理的基础上给予针对性的护理措施。对比观察两组患者的护理效果,并对患者家属对于护理工作的满意度进行调查。结果治疗组妊娠合并阑尾炎患者的护理效果与其家属对于护理工作的满意度均明显优于对照组,有显著性差异,值均P<0.05,均具有统计学意义。结论对妊娠合并阑尾炎患者围手术期采取针对性的护理措施,对于改善患者的心理状态和生理状态,降低并发症的发生几率以及保障母子双方健康有着重要意义。
Objective To explore the nursing measures which pregnancy associated with appendicitis need,as wel as observe and analyze their ef ect.Methods Selected 146 pregnancy associated with appendicitis patients who were treated in our hospital from April,2012 to September,2013 as research object,and they were divided into 2 groups.The control group(73 cases)used conventional nursing,while treatment group(73 cases)used targeted nursing based on control group.Compared their nursing ef ect,counted satisfaction of patients and their families.Results The treatment group ef ect of nursing of pregnant patients with appendicitis and their families for nursing work satisfaction was significantly bet er than the control group,there was significant dif erence,<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion For pregnant patients with appendicitis operation period,taking targeted measures can improve the patient's mental state and physical state,it can reduce the complications and has important significance on both mother and child health.
