摘要
护理管理是一门应用科学,同时也是一种行为艺术,管理和艺术应有机地结合在一起。护士长是医院管理的一线护理工作的管理者,其管理水平直接影响护理质量,在一定程度上反映医院管理水平[1]。随着社会的进步和人民生活水平的提高,人们对于各类服务品质的要求越来越高,人们对健康的认识不断提升,人们到医院治病就医,对于医院的护理服务也提出了更高的要求,作为医院一名护士长,一定要高度重视护士的工作表现,不仅要在工作中给与护士更多的帮助和指导,而且还要给予护士更多的人文关怀,不但能降低了护理差错和风险事件的发生率,提高了护理质量,还显着改善了患者满意度。
