摘要
目的:分析骨科无菌手术感染的危险因素及护理对策。方法回顾性分析我院2013年12月~2014年3月收治的60例骨科无菌手术感染患者的临床状况,并将其分为对照组和实验组各30例,其中对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用特殊护护理,对比分析两组患者护理后的状况,并对其感染原因进行调查。结果实验组患者的护理状况要明显高于对照组,实验组患者及其家属对护理满意度要高于对比组。结论患者在术后通过特殊护理,发生感染的概率大大降低,提升患者术后康复效率。
Objective To analyze the risk factors of infection in the Department of orthopedics sterile operation and the nursing countermeasures.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2013 December to 2014 March were treated 60 cases of aseptic Department of orthopedics operation infection the clinical status of the patients,and divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received routine nursing care,the experimental group with special care,comparative analysis of two groups of patients after the situation.Results Nursing care of patients in experimental group was higher than that of control group,the experimental group patients and their families to care satisfaction is higher than the contrast group.Conclusion Patients through the special nursing after operation,infection probability is reduced,can reduce the patients with postoperative pain,postoperative recovery ef iciency.
