踝关节骨折30例临床诊治研究

摘要 目的:对切开复位解剖钢板内固定术治疗踝关节骨折的疗效进行研究。方法选取1年内的30例踝关节骨折患者,进行切开复位解剖钢板内固定手术以及术后恢复检查,来评定切开复位解剖钢板内固定术的疗效。结果根据AOFAS踝-后足评分系统标准,30例患者当中的术后评价,优25例、良3例、可1例、差1例,优良率93.33%。结论以切开复位解剖钢板内固定术治疗踝关节骨折疗效令人满意,把握正确的手术时间、采用合理的手术流程并配合适当的术后锻炼,能够更加快速的恢复。
