摘要
目的:解决临床见习安排困难,减轻床旁见习压力。方法临床见习安排多样化院增加模型见习与患者角色扮演相结合的辅助手段,增加集中见习与课后见习相结合的灵活安排,增加视频观摩与床旁观摩相结合的数字方法。结果提高临床见习课程的教学效果。结论临床见习中的困难可以借助传统手段与数字化手段结合、个人与小组合作、课前预习与课后复习结合等方式解决。
Objective To solve the dif iculties in clinical practice arrangement,so as to relieve the pressure of bedside practice.Methods To diversify clinical practice.To increase the supplementary means in the conjunction of model practice and patients'role playing.To add up the flexible arrangement of concentrated clinical practice and post-class clinical practice.Video teaching emulating should be combined with bedside teaching and monitoring methods.To suggest the mathematical their increasing and bedside X-ray check.Results The clinical practice along with the clinical lecture course raised the teaching ef ects.Conclusion The dif icutlties within clinical observation can be tnckled by the combinations of tradtional and digital approaches,individual and team cooperation,preparion and reviw before and ater class.
