摘要
目的:探讨肾盏憩室的CT表现。方法对我院因季肋部胀痛或弥漫性腹部疼痛、高血压及扭伤腰部而就诊的30例肾盏憩室患者进行回顾性分析。结果30例患者平扫均为圆形、囊性低密度病灶,约1~4cm,19例合并结石;增强扫描呈轻度“强化”,内见少量造影剂充填;延时扫描造影剂充填明显。延时扫描根据时间,呈先慢慢充盈,充盈后再慢慢消失,一般72h后复查,造影剂完全消失,肾盏憩室有典型的CT表现。结论 CT可以对肾盏憩室做出诊断。
Objective To study the CT manifestations of calyceal diverticulum.Methods Our hospital because of hypochondrium distending pain or dif use abdominal pain,hypertension and sprain waist and treatment of 30 cases of renal calyceal diverticulum were retrospectively analyzed.Results 30 patients with plain are round,cystic low density lesions,about 1~4cm,19 cases with calculi;enhanced scan showed mild'enhanced',see a smal amount of contrast agent fil ing;delayed CT contrast agent filling obviously.Delay scanning according to the time,increased at first and then slowly fil ing,fil ing and then slowly disappear,general 72h after the review,the contrast agent completely disappeared,renal calyceal diverticulum is the typical CT findings.Conclusion CT can make the diagnosis of renal calyceal diverticulum.
