摘要
目的探讨宫腔镜在宫内节育器(IUD)取出困难时的应用。方法2010年1月~2013年12月,南京市红十字医院对常规取IUD失败的32例妇女采用宫腔镜检查,应用宫腔镜技术取出断裂、嵌顿及异位的节育器。结果宫腔镜检查发现院IUD位置正常11例;不同程度嵌顿的IUD 16例;环断裂的5例,均在宫腔镜辅助下经阴道取器成功。结论该方法使宫内残留节育器的取出可以在直视下操作,让手术更准确,更安全,大大提高了困难取环的成功率,并且使患者痛苦更小,损伤更小,可作为困难取环的首选方法。
Objective To discuss the hysteroscopy in the application of taking out the intrauterine device(IUD)difficultly.Methods Between January 2010 december 2013,to 32 women taking out the IUD failure in Nanjing Red Cross Hospital,use Hysteroscopy checking and take out the fracted、incarcerated and ectopic IUD.Results Hysteroscopy examination revealed,taking the rings success under the hysteroscopy after the vagina,including 11 cases of norma IUD,16 cases of incarcerated IUD,5 cases of incarcerated.Conclusion The method of taking out the IUD can be operated under the looking,It is a more accurate safe operation,has greatly increased the difficulty foy ring of success and make pain in patients with smal er、less damage.It is the first method for taking out the ring dif icultly.
