摘要
目的:探讨临床疗效左氧氟沙星和环丙沙星的经济效应在治疗尿路感染。方法患者尿路感染86例,随机分为观察组和对照组各43,观察组给予静脉滴注左氧氟沙星500mg,1次/d;对照组给予静脉滴注环丙沙星400mg,2次/d,7d为1疗程。两组医疗费用和临床效果的比较分析。结果观察组有效率93.5%,对照组91.3%,组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组的1292元的总成本;对照组是715元,相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论两种近似的泌尿道感染的药物治疗,但环丙沙星应用在更经济的治疗,更具成本效益的药物经济学。
Objective To explore the clinical curative ef ect and the economic ef ect of levofloxacin and ciprofloxacin in the treatment of urinary tract infection.Methods Patients with urinary tract infection in 86 cases,were randomly divided into observation group and control group each 43,observation group was given intravenous levofloxacin 500mg,1 times a day;the control group was given intravenous drip ciprofloxacin 400mg,2 times a day,continuous administration for 7 days to 1 course of treatment.A comparative analysis of the clinical ef ect and medical expenses of two groups of month.Results The ef ective rate was 93.5%,91.3%in the control group,there was no significant dif erence between groups(P>0.05);the total cost of the observation group of 1292 yuan;the control group is 715 yuan,compared among groups with significant dif erences(P<0.05).Conclusion Two kinds of drug treatment of urinary tract infection,but the application of ciprofloxacin in the treatment of more economic,more cost ef ective drug economics program.
