摘要
目的:研究有限内固定结合外固定支架对高能量 Pilon骨折患者的疗效。方法将高能量 Plion骨折患者纳入研究,根据治疗方法不同分为接受延期有限内固定结合外固定支架治疗的观察组和接受急诊切开复位内固定治疗的对照组,比较两组患者的关节功能、术后恢复情况。结果观察组患者的术后软组织肿胀消退时间、影像学完全愈合时间、完全负重下地时间均短于对照组,Baird踝关节评分均高于对照组。结论有限内固定结合外固定支架治疗有助于改善关节功能、促进骨折愈合,是治疗高能量 Pilon骨折的理想方法。
Objective To study the ef ect of delayed limited internal fixation combined with external fixation in treating high energy Pilon fracture.Methods High energy Pilon fracture patients were enrol ed and divided into observation group given delayed limited internal fixation combined with external fixation,control group given emergency open reduction and internal fixation.Then fracture healing and joint function were compared.Results Postoperative soft tissue swel ing time,imaging complete healing time,ful weight bearing time of observation group patients were shorter than control group,Baird ankle joint score were higher than control group.Conclusion Delayed limited internal fixation combined with external fixation contributes to improve joint function and promote the healing of fracture;it's an ideal method in treating high energy Pilon fracture.
