PBL与LBL两种教学方法在中西医结合心血管内科临床教学中的比较研究 被引量:1

Comparative Studies on the Application of Problem-based Learning and Lecture-based Learning of Clinical Teaching of Integrative Cardiovascular Disease

摘要 目的比较问题为向导的教学法(Problem-based learning,PBL)与以授课为基础的单向教学法(1ecture-based leaming,LBL)在中西医结合心血管内科临床教学的应用效果。方法选择2012年6月~2013年6月在新疆医科大学附属中医医院实习的128名五年制中西医结合临床医学本科实习医师,随机分为PBL教学组(n=63)和LBL教学组(n=65);分别用PBL与LBL教学法进行中西医结合心血管内科临床教学,教学结束后通过专业考试及问卷调查等方法,对两种教学方法的效果进行比较。结果PBL教学方法组成绩明显高于LBL教学法,两组之间差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论在中西医结合心血管内科临床教学中,PBL教学法能帮助学生更快的发现问题,分析问题和解决问题。 Objective To compare the plication of problem-based learning and lecture-based learning in clinical teaching of Integrative Cardiovascular Disease.Methods 128 cardiovascular medical interns of Traditional Chinese Mdeical Hospital XinJiang Uygur Autonomous Region were selected.They were divided randomly into the PBL group(n=63)and the LBL group(n=65)and received PBL or the LBL teaching method.Teaching ef ects were evaluated by examination and questionnaire.Results The average score and the fine rate of teaching effectiveness in PBL group are significantly higher than that of LBL group.Conclusion The teaching ef ectiveness of PBL is bet er than that of LBL,and PBL should be extensively applied in clinical teaching of Integrative Cardiovascular Disease.
