摘要
目的探讨彩超应用于急性胰腺炎的影像学特征及临床诊断价值。方法选取我院2012年10月~2013年10月间收诊的85例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,其中有34例患者属于胆源性急性胰腺炎,回顾性分析,所有患者均行彩超检查和CT扫描,分析和对比两种方法的诊断结果。结果在急性胰腺炎的诊断中,彩超的诊断率为94.1%,CT的诊断率为96.5%,彩超和CT的诊断率比较无统计学意义,(跃0.05),在胆源性胰腺炎的诊断中,彩超的检出率为97.1%,CT的检出率为70.6%,彩超的检出率明显高于CT,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论彩超在急性胰腺炎的诊断中具有诊断率高、无创、安全等特点,值得临床的应用与推广。
Objective To study the colour to exceed is applied to the imaging characteristics of acute pancreatitis and the clinical diagnostic value.Methods Our hospital between October 2013 to October 2012 of 85 cases of acute pancreatitis patients as the research object,one of the 34 patients with acute gal stone pancreatitis,were retrospectively analyzed,al patients do colour to exceed examination and CT scanning,analysis and compared the diagnostic results of two methods.Results In the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis,colour to exceed the diagnostic rate was 94.1%,the diagnostic rate of CT was 96.5%,the colour to exceed and CT diagnostic rate is no statistical significance(>0.05)in the diagnosis of gallstone pancreatitis,colour to exceed 97.1%detection rate,CT detection rate was 70.6%,the detection rate of pa/was obviously higher than that of CT,compare the dif erences between statistically significant(<0.05).Conclusion Pain the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis has a high diagnostic rate,noninvasive,safe and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
