摘要
目的:探讨治疗功血的方法及效果。方法随机60例功血患者分组;回顾性分析2013~2014年1月在我院40~52岁的功血患者60例临床资料用药时间止血效果。结果观察组(炔诺酮)16例显效,12例有效,2例无效,和对照组(其他妇科止血药如黄体酮)8例显效10例有效。12例无效,炔诺酮止血效果快时间短<0.05。结论将炔诺酮添入治疗功血药物中,能很快止血,使患者快速恢复健康。
Objective To explore the method and ef ect of treatment of uterine bleeding.Methods Random 60 dub patients group;2013~2014 were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital from January 40~52 year old dub patients the clinical data of 60 patients with medication time hemostatic ef ect.Results The observation group(norgestrel)in 16 cases,12 cases were ef ective,2 cases invalid,and the control group(other gynecological hemostatic drugs such as progesterone)in 8 cases of 10 cases markedly ef ective.12 cases of invalid.Norethisterone hemostatic ef ect fast short time<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of bleeding of norethisterone add drug,can quickly stop bleeding,so that patients with rapid recovery.
