摘要
目的:评价天麻素联合丹参川穹嗪注射液治疗脑梗塞急性期伴发眩晕的有效性。方法将患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例,采用天麻素联合丹参川穹嗪注射液治疗;对照组50例,只给予丹参川穹嗪注射液,疗程10d。结果治疗组有效率明显高于对照组。结论天麻素联合丹参川穹嗪注射液治疗脑梗塞急性期伴眩晕优于单纯应用丹参川穹嗪注射液。
Objective To Evaluate the clinical ef ectiveness of gastrodin injection in combination with danshenchuanqiongqin injection on vertigo of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Patients were randomly divided into two groups,the trial group including 50 patients,was treated with gastrodin plus danshenchuanqiongqin injection;the control group including 50 patients,was treated with danshenchuanqiongqin injection alone.Both of them were treated for 10 days.Results Ef icient trial group was obviously higher than that of control group.Conclusion Gastrodin plus danshenchuanqiongqin injection is bet er than danshenchuanqiongqin injection alone in the treatment of vertigo patients with cerebral infarction.
