摘要
课程见习是外科护理学教学的重要环节。随着学生规模扩大,医患关系紧张,临床见习也出现一系列问题。故对外科护理学的见习模式进行探索,提高见习效果。
Probation teaching is an important link in teaching of surgical nursing.As students scale and the doctor-patient relationship nervous,clinical probation teaching also appears a series of problems.To explore surgical nursing probation teaching pat ern,it wil improve the ef ect of trainee.
