摘要
目的:研究分析血康口服液应用于非小细胞肺癌GP方案化疗防治血小板减少的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2011年12月~2013年12月接受治疗的48例非小细胞肺癌患者,在GP方案化疗后血小板均低于正常范围。随机将其分成两组,观察组应用血康口服液进行治疗,对照组为空白对照。结果观察组患者血小板最低值远远高于对照组,对照组患者血小板减少在III度以上者6例,观察组则为3例。结论血康口服液可以明显缓解GP方案化疗导致的血小板毒性,对血小板减少有防治作用。
Objective Research and analysis of blood kang oral liquid applied in non-smal celllung cancer GP chemotherapy to prevent and control the clinical ef icacy of thrombocytopenia.Methods Select our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 during receiving treatment of 48 patients with non-smal celllung cancer,the GP after chemotherapy platelets were below the normal range.It is divided into two groups at random,the observation group application of blood kang oral liquid treatment,the control group is blank control group.Results Observation group of patients with low platelets is much higher than the control group,control group patients with thrombocytopenia in the III above 6 cases,observation group is in 2 cases.Conclusion Blood kang oral liquid can obviously al eviate the GP plan platelet toxicity caused by chemotherapy,have prevention and cure function of thrombocytopenia.
