摘要
目的:对重型颅脑伤患者持续颅内压监测数值意义进行分析,探讨相应护理对策。方法对2012年1月~2013年12月在我院接受治疗的114例重症颅脑损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果114例患者ICP都有不同程度的升高,其中30例为轻度升高,45例为中度升高,36例为重度升高,3例死亡。结论对颅内压进行动态监测能够有效帮助准确判断病情,以便采取合理周到的护理措施,对重型脑损伤患者的预后进行有效改善。
Objective To analyze the numerical significance of intracranial pressure monitoring for severe craniocerebral injury patients,and to discuss the corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods From 2012 to January to 2013 December in our hospital 114 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury were retrospectively analyzed.Results 114 cases of patients with ICP al increased in dif erent degrees,including 30 cases of mild elevation,45 were moderately elevated,36 cases severe elevation,3 cases of death.Conclusion The intracranial pressure dynamic monitoring can ef ectively help accurately determine the condition,in order to take reasonable nursing measures and thoughtful,prognosis of patients with severe brain injury were ef ectively improved.
