摘要
目的:探讨产后访视对母婴健康的影响。方法选取2010年4月~2012年3月泰山社区卫生服务中心访视的产妇861例,对患者实施常规母婴保健知识普及,并在此基础上实施产后访视。观察产妇发生乳汁淤积、乳汁不足、乳头皲裂、乳头凹陷、痔疮、伤口愈合不良、产后抑郁的情况,分析产后访视对母婴健康的影响。结果产妇发生乳汁淤积、乳汁不足、乳头皲裂、乳头凹陷、痔疮、伤口愈合不良、产后抑郁等发生率为16.34%;婴儿发生脐部感染、新生儿黄疸、腹泻、尿布性湿疹、新生儿肺炎、鹅口疮的比率为:7.59%。结论产后访视对母婴健康有着积极的作用。
Objective To investigate the influences of postpartum visits for maternal and infant health.Methods 861 lying-in women from Taishan community health service center were selected and asked to learn routine maternal health care knowledge.On this basis,postpartum visits were applied.The influences were analyzed by observing the incidence of galactostasis,hypogalactia,cracked nipple,crater nipple,haemorrhoids,poor wound healing and postpartum depression.Results For lying-in women,the incidence rate of galactostasis,hypogalactia,cracked nipple,crater nipple,haemorrhoids,poor wound healing and postpartum depression were 16.34%.And for infants,the incidence rate of navel infection,neonatal jaundice,diarrhea,diapers eczema,neonatal pneumonia and thrush were 7.59%.Conclusion Postpartum visit is an ef ective method for improving maternal and infant health condition.
